Our modern olive mill is equipped with two production units. They consist of a production line for conventional crop olive oil and a second production line exclusively for organic olive oil.
The storage area consists of stainless steel tanks of large capacity. The organic olive oil is stored in an individual tank for each producer to maintain the quality of the olive oil.
Our facilities are certified according to the ISO 22000/2005 Standards, the Inspection and Certification Organization of Organic Products DIO and the German accreditation certificate Naturland FAIR for high quality organic olive oil.

Both production units use a two-phase operation technology that allows for an eco-friendly management of the mill. Thus, we minimize water consumption, boost industrial performance, reduce environmental pollution while we greatly improve the quality of the olive oil due to non-leaching of the natural polyphenolic substances.
